Terms of Purchase: All products of BT Design are subject to availability. Notice will be given when out of stock. Purchases will still be processed and dispatched ASAP but can take up to 48 days to be re-stocked. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been cleared. Prices are subject to change. All orders (when in stock) will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment being cleared. Faulty good must be returned within 28 days of purchace for a full refund. BT Design will not be responsible for any additional charges imposed by the carrier or other acting agents. All information processed through BT Design will be saved for future news, events and marketing, unless opted out (via email) INFOMATION WILL NOT BE SHAIRED WITH OTHER COMPANIES OR THIRD PARTIES. In the event of BT Designs closure, all contracted terms are in effect void. Although we will try to keep as many people as possible happy. VAT on items will increase with national VAT rates. All deliveries may be delayed for reason out of our control. Deliveries to remote areas are subject to longer delivery time. BT Design will only deliver to mainland UK (Orders made to non main land UK addresses will not be dispatched and notification will be sent). For delivery to other locations contact for arrangement. BT Design holds no liability as a result of misuse of products.
